Key Responsibilities:

✔️Create high-quality graphics for social media platforms, print materials, and branding projects.

✔️Follow and maintain established brand guidelines across all designs.

✔️Brainstorm and develop original creative ideas and visual concepts.

✔️Adapt and revise designs based on feedback from the creative team and other

stakeholders.

✔️Keep all design files properly organized and easily accessible.

✔️Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

✔️Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet all deadlines.

✔️Ensure proficiency with design tools aligned with social media, printing, and branding needs (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.).

Required Skills & Knowledge:

✔️High attention to details

✔️Strong technical expertise with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator

✔️ Strong technical knowledge of Canva

✔️Strong knowledge of print material design standards

✔️Strong communication skills (Verbal and written)

✔️ Exceptional ability to take initiative

✔️Ability to provide deadlines upon receiving a task

Reporting:

Weekly report to the Graphic Team Lead indicating the following:

✔️Summary of completed design projects.

✔️Status update on ongoing design projects.

✔️Creative ideas and initiatives proposed during the week.

✔️Feedback received and how it was incorporated.

✔️Updates on design trends and new tools explored.

✔️Challenges faced and proposed solutions.
